Return Policy


PURCHASE CANCELLATION RIGHT

According to the Consumer protection law, the buyer as consumer, i.e. as a natural person who is acting for the purposes other than those of his trade, business or profession, has the right to cancel a contract within 14 days since the actual delivery of the goods to the Buyer or a designated third party.

The consumer shall notify his/her intention to cancel the contract by filling out the dedicated form, to be downloaded here.

Items can only be returned provided that:

  • they are returned as a whole, cancellation right does not apply to single parts of the product;
  • they are in the same conditions they were at the time of the delivery, they are in their original manufacturer’s packaging and in such conditions they could be resold (i.e. not worn-out, damaged or soiled), they are returned with user’s manuals, accessories and any other part they were sold with;
  • they have no signs of wear which may result in a decreased item value and a related depreciation; the only admitted signs are those clearly resulting from a standard first use of the product. 

Depending on the reason of the purchase cancellation, the Buyer has the following cancellation options:

WRONG SIZE (clothing and shoes)

1)Fill out the dedicated cancellation form providing a reason for the purchase cancellation and the returning of the product.

All the shipping costs associated with a wrong size returning procedure are to be paid by the Buyer.

The Buyer can return the goods using a carrier of his/her choice or opt for one of our selected couriers*.

2)If Paypal was the selected payment method, a refunding of the returning procedure costs by Paypal is possible. For further information, please refer to the Paypal Refunded Returns Service on https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns

The returned item will be refunded  and not substituted with a right size item; a new right size item can be purchased by placing a new order.

REMORSE RETURN

1)Fill out the dedicated cancellation form providing a reason for the purchase cancellation and the returning of the product.

All the shipping costs associated with a remorse returning procedure are to be paid by the Buyer.

The Buyer can return the goods using a carrier of his/her choice or opt for one of our selected couriers*.

2)If Paypal was the selected payment method, a refunding of the returning procedure costs by Paypal is possible. For further information, please refer to the Paypal Refunded Returns Service on https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns

 

 

LACK OF CONFORMITY, DEFECTIVE, NOT-WORKING, OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

1)Fill out the dedicated cancellation form providing a reason for the purchase cancellation and the returning of the product, within 14 days since product delivery.

2) GLS72 srl reserves the right to ask the Buyer to provide photos/videos showing the product damage or defect in order to decide, together with the Buyer, whether such damage/defect can be fixed with spare parts.

3) GLS72 shall provide a “return label”.

4)Upon delivery to GLS72 srl the returned item will be checked; depending on the damage and/or the acknowledged defect, the item shall be either repaired and shipped or substituted with a new item.

Should the returned item show any signs of wear not attributable to a standard first use of the product, the Buyer is to be held accountable for any decrease in the item value. In such cases, GLS72 srl reserves the right to charge the Buyer for the decreased value.

Should the substituted item not comply with the above stated terms, GLS72 srl shall call off the purchase cancellation and store the product, which will remain available for the Buyer to collect at his/her own expenses.
